I would go with:
1)Angus
2)Simm
3)Char
depends on what you want in your calves really. i'd look to see what you need out of your calves before deciding. There are also a lot of variances and variety within breeds. so you will need to decide not only what color you want, but other traits as well, depending on your goal for your calves and what your cows can handle.

In sweden a Charolaisbull without any doubt. But thats because the slaughterhouse want heavy bulls for slaugter and as producer you need to get them big fast for best economy. In the US it figures to me that Angus give the best money and in the end thats what count.
