She *looks* really calm and gentle, how long have you had her now?
I hope that you have her around a long while.

I like eared cattle, but they make more sense further South than me.

I bought her August 2010 as a 7 month old calf. We bonded instantly. And have been good friends ever since. I've gone out to just sit in the pasture and she will stand over me like I was a calf.
