I have the opportunity to purchase some Belted Galloway cows and I normally breed by commercial herd with an Angus bull. Are there any advantages or disadvantages to this cross.
I'm not that first person familiar with the carcass and growth traits of the galloway but you should get a good shot of growth due to heterosis.
