Athens, Tn 85 year celebration

I was at the sale Nov 21,2023. They had a little celebration for the stockyard being 85yrs old and they gave away some turkeys and other door prizes. Mr Dean Williams one of the owners gave a speech and a history lesson. It was pretty interesting. Bought some 3n1s. 1700 a piece. Young.

Pretty good sale usually. I have a friend that buys slaughter cows there.

125+ head cows in a special sale at Newport TN this Saturday. Usually darn good looking cows. Special sale several times a year on holidays when other sales are closed.
