Crunched some numbers on doing this last night, still need to do some more. A person wouldn't get rich at the level I would start at but wouldn't go broke either if things were operated efficiently with productive birds.

Prehistoric creatures for sure. We have about 20, not seen a snake on the property since we've had them, about 15 years now. Unfortunately they don't eat snails.

Ive heard it's quite gamey but quite a few people have told me they're good to eat. I'll have to give it a go.

Mama would make Guinea soup.
Boil the Guinea with onions and seasoning, I would love the boiled Guinea, homemade bread and Guinea meat I made a meal out of.
I have done shake and bake, it's good too.

Back in time there was a local poultry processing plant they bought young Guineas from a great uncle and shipped them as pheasant.

Guinea is good to eat.
