Any genetic / abnormal health problems with white cattle??

I know with white dogs especially if they have blue eyes, they can have an inherited deafness, and the same goes for cats.
Cattle with white faces and other white areas and with pink skin can sunburn and can get pink eye easily.
I have heard stories ( don't know if they are true or not) that white shorthorns can have health / breeding problems.
Any truth to the story?
How about white cattle with black skin, any abnormal amount of health problems??
Any thoughts??

Do you know if the white heifer disease effects other white cattle from other breeds, and offshoots of the shorthorn?
