If you mean to use them to reapir the broken wire, I've never seen them in England, I've been using these connectors for the past few years and been pretty happy with them

even easier to use than what 1982vett linked I would say and have the benefit of being removable should you ever need to (rare I know) but they've been useful for me in a campervan convesrion I did last year in my spare time when I screwed something up and had to change the internal wiring.
