I think we forget where prosperity came from. We are (at least I am) surrounded by folks who say we should farm with 50 yr old methods while we eat nuts and berries. No hormones, no nitrogen fertilizer, no GMO's, no to anything grandad didn't use. Their way is supposed to be more sustainable. Warmer and fuzzier.

I don't need to read it. I already know it is impossible to go back to the horse and plow and raise enough food to feed this nation alone..
These people are going crazy for organic, but how do they really know?
