Thats crazy. For about $200 around here they will kill, process, and wrap in white freezer paper, a steer. Add about $50-75 for vaccum sealing. Thats steaks, roast, etc.... They'll do a whitetail deer for $75. And these are liscenced inspected businesses as well. You are VERY lucky if you can get a beef processed for $200.00. :shock: It costs me between 150-175 a quarter to get it done here in Ohio. ( That is for a 1200-1400 lb beef)

Yep, they're Amish, and they're cheap.
