Seems like this tractor is always short on hydraulics. Right now it just has the loader plumbed into the remotes.

I have a use for this tractor, but it would require either adding a mid-mount loader valve (freeing up the rear remotes), or adding two more remotes on the back.

Anyone know where to look for a mid-mount loader valve?

Not real familiar with the 5240 but I'm 99% sure they are PFC hydraulics so the valve you plump in will need to be a closed center load sense valve, unless you feed an open center valve from your existing remote.

Don't quote me on that but you need to find someone more familiar with that tractor.

There may have been a power beyond port on the remote valves that would make it possible to feed a standard open center valve but not sure. Post on a case ih forum and I'll bet you get an answer.

Yep, CaseIH had a power beyond plate, goes on top of valves at rear of tractor
