That's pretty cool. There is a bridge over the Kanawha River in Charleston WV that Chuck Yeager flew a jet under way back in the day. It's not as long and low as that tunnel but there is not a lot of room there and a pretty winding approach.

My Dad as an older teenager was sitting on the riverbank not far from the house. There is a bridge over the river. A little over 100 yards down stream was a covered RR bridge with a pier in the middle. A P-38 fighter plane came down the river. He went under the bridge and pulled up over the RR bridge. That had to be close.

I like Yeager's quote, ""I pulled up and then when I saw the guys getting off their boats, I got the hell out of there." Can you imagine being near that bridge on a boat at that time?
