I have noticed in some adds for semen it will be advertised as "flush quality" I remember when I took my AI class we were told of a code on the straw that makes the semen quality available to testing at any given time. What is the difference in "flush quality" and say semen bought from Select Sires?

Have you tried copper sulfate? Get it in the powdered form, fill burlap bag with the powder and drag the bag around your pond behind a boat.

I'm planting 10 acres of alfalfa, the field has corn stalks from last fall. I usually just disc and cullipack then drill, but I've never done this over corn stalks. Will this method work for this field or should I try something different? I'm concerned that there will to much of the corn stalks...
