    Blot in calves

Another suggestion is to put baking soda in a small feeder, where the calves can have access to it at all times. It works wonders. Make sure it is fresh everyday.

    Pregnant heifer w/ temp?

Heifer's temp this a.m. was 102.2 eating, chewing cud, lungs and resp. good. I realize it is not easy to analyze a problem on here, I am concerned about antibiotics given, being pregnant. If it comes to that. In your experience which meds would be safe? Thank you for your input.
