i breed and show romagnola cross angus steers for hoof &hook shows but cant seem to get them fat enough would like to stay with the rommys but should i consider another cross or is there something i can try.? am breaking in 3 to get ready for may next year have won grand chapion on the hoof...
recently had to get the vet to a heifer calving,took some pulling but he put eye hooks on it and pulled it out alive and well weighting a hefty 56kilograms.not bad for a first calf!was wandering was the chances of her having trouble again worth the vet fee? :cboy:

i have just purchased a angus cross heifer,which was a twin,i have been told she will be infertile,is this correct or a old wives tale. the other calf was a bull. :?:
