Looks like it has enough external fat, but don't see very much marbling. May just be the pic.

this steer was only on feed for 90 days,and i was told for his breeding he had enough of everything.his marbling score was 1.8 but i am in australia and our scoring is probably different,his breed(romagnola cross angus)
