One quick question for all you experts in cattleland ? We were wondering if this 700 lb bull we bought originally for slaughter.. if we left him a bull instead of cutting him would it change the taste or quality of the meat ???? we are going to hold him until he reaches a 1000 lb.

Thanks cowhands ;-) the info helped but i am a little confused :?: about the rattail and what it exactly means.. We dont show our cattle or anything and to be honest i think in this small town auctions these good ol boys wouldnt know a rattail cow unless it really had a rat on it..speaking...
