Concerning cattle As Dun mentioned PI (Persistant infection or Infector) is loosely used Pertaining to BVD, etc.... Carriers Can show no sighns yet spread the desease through many differant ways. Just wondering why u were asking? If it has come up in Cattle its something you should not take lightly. Through my experience.
