I built a set last fall and ended up using a set of plans off of Prieferts website. Nothing fancy but it works better than expected. Pretty much has a single alley down the middle that leads to a tub and has the pens on each side of the ally. One side has 3 bigger pens for cows and other side has 2 smaller pens for calves. I did add a trap to catch them in before the corrals. It's probably 80x100 pipe uprights and top rail wrapped in stay tuff. Some of the set ups I've been in have so many gates, pens, and allys I get confused trying to sort. Think I have maybe 8 gates total.
