For the last 6 years, I spread 500 metric tons of wood ash on my lands every year (1000 acres). This ash is free and deliver free to my place. The PH improve from 5.6 to 6.5. The potassium and magnesium are hight. Good for the hay. They burn the bark of soft wood to produce this ash. The Cadmium is very very low. It's save me a lots of money. Anyone else is using wood ash?
