What is the typical body condition chart?

I've googled it, and I find variation. Some are numbered 1-4, 1-5, and 1-9. Some have the 1 being the most unhealthy, while some show 1 as the healthiest. What chart are most people talking about when they speak of a cow's body condition number?

The 1-5 chart is usually reserved for dairy and the 1-10 is beef. Never saw a chart that has 1 is being better condition then 6. Muscle scores are different, a 1 is the heaviest muscle and 4 is the least muscle.
