Two Hiefers/ When to breed?

I have two cross hiefers that are probably only about 250lbs. as of now. They are about 9months old and were born last June. I am hoping to breed them sometime this year and usually breed around 14-15 months, my question is will they be big enough in about September to breed or will I need to wait longer?

Get an exact weight on them. At their age they should be over 250#

If the 260 is the right weight, get rid of them. Wether it is genetics, feed, whatever, they will never make profitable cows.
