I never cared for the man myself. Years ago a country music magazine posted a picture of him while he was smoking a cigarette. He made a big stink and threatened to boycott the magazine. He didn't say nothing about not smoking or smoking is bad for your health. All he was worried about was his image, and public appearance. And I will change channels when ever him or his wife is on the radio.

Unfortunately I agree, I don't think this is a "Dixie chick" event
