I'll have to remember this. 
I belong to an organization called the Marine Corps League and they informally meet every Sunday afternoon at Black Rifle Coffee Company and play cards, checkers and ... chess. Part of a Chess for Vets thing. I've never really understood why they have a timer for chess players but an hourglass full of ashes seems appros since there are more of us dead than alive..
