We have sunshine, but lots of wind today. Snow in the forecast and I can see the clouds coming in. Good day for comfort food! This is what's happening 65 miles away on one of the mountain passes: http://www.wsdot.com/traffic/passes/snoqualmie/default.aspx It's headed our direction.

I'M SORTA STUCK I GOT A 2 YEAR OLD THAT WANTS EVERY WAKIN MOMENT OF MY TIME, she's really a sweety,I do have time to make a stew . I've had it goin for 2 days be real good round supper time. She loves her uncles cookin.

You can't beat stew. I like to crumble saltines in mine and a dash of Heinz 57 and have a go at it. Makes it more comfortable to me. :nod:

Did the stew Saturday, with some cheese & parsley biscuits. Tasted real good on a chilly day. Jo, hubby likes green salsa and vinegar in his stew -- actually, he likes that combo with just about everything but desserts! I just stick pretty much to S&P, but I do like Pik-A-Peppa on burgers and steaks.
