Sometimes it takes a catastrophe. Some would live in the same old run down house for the rest of their lives unless it was accidentally burned to the ground. Tragic when it happens, but in the long run it was a good thing.
We'll see how this one turns out. It could be the best thing that ever happened in the long haul.
