Any experience with this? Just looking for a tetnus vaccine before castration (4-6weeks before) and this is what I've come up with.

The other vaccines I plan to use are;

MPB Guard

Vira Shield 6 +VL5

Vision 7 Somnus with Spur

Scour Boss the cows and pour everything with Dectomax,

Anyone see any problems with these?
Thanks

If I understand it right and your giving covexin 8 and Vision 7 Somnus with Spur, your doubling up on that one except you get the tetanus with the covexion
Undecided on the MPB Guard, don't guess it hurts anything to be safe
Id vaccinate the cows with Lepto Shield 5 assuming their bred

Think cross is right you would be doubling up most of the coverage using both vision and covexin (only difference is the somnus and tetanus). Is the Vira shield for the calves? I would probably use an MLV on them, killed vaccine is more expensive and less effective. If you have pregnant cows that haven't been vaccinated you would need to use a killed vaccine on them.

I scrapped my whole list and went with;
Cavalry 9
Cattlemaster Gold FP5
One Shot
Scourboss for the cows

and still Dectomax pour on for the whole group.

I use, One Shot and Encore Nasal on my spring calves. Fall calves Alpha 7 w/pinkeye and Encore nasal. If I have band some with California bander I just buy a tetnus vaccine separate. B&G
