I dicided to research synthetic fertilizer just to see what was out there. when i search for organic fertilizer i find a lot of nut cases so hey i wondered what the out come would be in reverse. i came across this article {http://www.suite101.com/article.cfm/home_lawncare/110295 }which is 4 short pages but i thought was a really great read. its written by Kenneth Joergensen. googling him i find he writes alot about gardening and what nots. he doesnt claim to use either organic or synthetic, i think he claims to using both.
In this 4 page report he talks about both organic and synthetic. he doesnt put down either of them. but as i've thought and have said "synthetic" is a lose term because synthetic fertilizers are actually all natural.
I found it interresting that Kenneth Joergensen says that you can use minded minarals and still be classed as organic i.e potash, lime, potassium.
I also found it interresting that he said that for grass a fertilizer molcule is the same wither it be organic or "synthetic" molecules.

Good work LazyM.

When I communicated with two independent forage specialist they both said the same thing, that whether you use organic or chemical fertilizer they both need to be broken down first into inorganic elements so that N is converted to Nitrate (NO3)................... The other said, "Bear in mind that any organic fertilizer product MUST become inorganic
due to mineralization before the plant will take it up. Therefore,
organic products become inorganic...and you get to pay more for them in the process."

Lazy M,
I think you may have an Idea here. You Chemical folks can talk about your methods and ideas here. I will wait and see if I get enough interest thru peoples private messages. If I do, I will do another Organics Post for People interested in Learning about Organics. I will leave it up to the reader and lurkers to see if they would like to learn more from me. As a courtesy I will stay off this Chemical post.
Thanks for the Great Idea,
Brad

You are just pushing your business with backhanded advertising.

Thank you MrBilly. remember in the very beginning i said that the raw material of organics had to be composted correctly. then Brad piped in about his is'nt and that you have to put an extra product{microorbes }on your soil to "eat" the raw organic waste. i mean that what it is.
i researched to 2 guys that told us to. 1 of them believes in using sewer wast in his gardens,{I DONT THINK SO} can you say hepitidis A,BandC. and of corse both guys talk about pretty small areas and gardens and lawns. i didnt find no pasture studies. and sure find no studies done the way you talked about in the other thread. strips so big done with 1 kind and strips not done etc. etc. i'm not aboving telling you that you tought me something that day. i thought research was done on an entire area.

Brad i dont want you to run off. but as you was once asked drop the sales pitch. put your coat on the back of the chair and lets all sit back and talk and learn something from each other. everybody is aware that you sell rotten fish intended for fertilizer, i dont blame you for making a living. but man the popups and spam these days is awfule we dont need you adding to it.

I call myself doning my homework and believe that there is no harm in using "synthetic fertilizers" as that the only reason that its called "synthetic" is because man puts them together and changes their state of matter to better suit the end user.

In the beginning you are right, I did advertise, and I apologized for that. But since then, I have dropped my link on my posts. I do not name my products directly, unless asked. I said I am here to answer "Organic Questions". How is answering general questions about Microbes etc a sales pitch? I have as you say sat back and learned something from each of you. But you still intentionally lash out at me by calling my products "rotten", "snake oil" etc. I have asked you to stop, but for some reason you can not. I simply stated that if anyone wants to ask me Organic Questions I am here for that. Not as a sales pitch, just answering posts the same as you.

it doesnt matter how you label it but in the end it is rotten material because thats how it works. we have been nice to you. but you choose to keep insulting our intellagence. you even attacked my spelling ability. i noticed that the only post that you answer is the post that gives you a chance to spring out your sales pitch. you might have just now took of your web link but it was there last night.

A mans word is a mans word, Ranchcop you said you
would stay off this post unless ask a organic Question.
Lets let some other info come out.If you don't see
