Sticky Chicken n Ribs

Am having a meeting at my place next Saturday and was thinking about serving something 'sticky' for them(about 30 people) as a snack afterwards. This is the marinade recipe I have but wondered if there is a better one out there.

Marinade
1 Cup Honey
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Tsp fresh ginger
2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt & Black Pepper

You are dead on there Jed, that's what it is missing, thank you :D . Yes, we do have that lovely stuff here in SA.

Ga - Pop the marinade(set aside a little for basting) and meat in a ziplock bag and then into the fridge for about 6 hours, turning every hour. I either braai it on coals or roast in oven, basting every now and then.
