You will need to develop a good working relationship with a good knowledgable large animal vet that has a lot of experience with cattle. She/he can advise you on your vacination and worming. If there are other folks in your area that are raising the same class of animal as you check with them and see what they are feeding and why. Another good source will be the vet that you have established your relationship with, also feed store folks that are raising cattle will be helpfull.
