have you ever seen the guy taking the reports?...I have..he gets about 1 out of 5....have been to sales and seen the report later, not even close...as far as 500 lb avg. black hide steer large frame little or no ear....you can get a $1.00 lb... maybe there were none at the sale that day...call cactus feed yard south texas....

Why would they have a guy taking reports? They should be averaging it in their computer.

Also, I sold heifers and it doesn't really matter. What ever they bring that day is what they bring. I am not worried about it and I damn sure ain't switch cattle for a few more cents.

if i were you, i wouldn't switch either...brangus are among of my favorite type of cattle...i might like brafords and or tigerstrips slightly better, but i do think the brangus' utters hold up longer...i'm all for you. don't get me wrong...
