Try Nuflour or Micatil (sp), and I agree that if it is a virus it will just take time, but I would continue to treat with an antibiotic.
Keep the calf hydrated warm and comfortable.... and I would have the vet come out to take a look and listen to the lungd.
We raise baby calves and we have a vet on twice a week on routine now, works great...
