Salsa

Help Support CattleToday:

Our Ace hardware, has lids... I can get some if anyone needs them. Will send for cost... let me know. They are a little higher than they used to be... like 4.50 or so... but available....
I ordered mine from a place called Uline off the internet back in the spring. FAST SHIPPERS..... 3 something a doz and shipping... had them in 2 days. Did have a limit early on but don't know about now. I got 6 pkgs the first time and either 12 or 24 the second time.

I will check out Uline for lids I used to buy in bulk when I was making pickles, jams, etc. for boutique sales. Can't sell home made anymore here.

That salsa sure is good with corn chips to dip. Made 20 pints a couple weeks ago and chopping up all the peppers, onions and everything else added it sure is work. Yesterday made 19 pints of tomato Sause.
