READING BREED AVERAGES

The question is, how do you read breed averages? When one breed is zero's what does that mean and how does that compare to other breeds. What are south devon cattle good for or better than angus cattle.

Does anyone have any good or bad information about the south devon cattle breed. I am thinking of getting in to that breed, I am already in the angus and want to diversify.
