Putting weight on

We have a few angus that my kids have decided to show at a local fair this summer. I was told they have to put a a couple hundred pounds on to round out for show. What is the best way to do this? They have been getting all the hay and corn silage they can eat with corn meal and some pelleted grain and they are not on pasture. The available feeds I have besides the ones mentioned previously is a 16% and 23% protein pelleted grain. We are showing yearly heifers and bulls and 9 month old heifers.

Make sure they are dewormed well. With that and the feed you give them, it's all up to the genetics from there on.
