Potato Bugs

[I luv herfrds]

I have got a lot of them this year.
How do I get rid of them?
the big ones I squash between two rocks. I have found their eggs under the leaves on my potato plants.
What do I do about them?

got exploring other threads tonight. Diamotasoues (SP) Earth (DE) works well. And it is eco friendly. My mother in law also had a soup can with i think diesel fuel or gas in it and as she picked put them in the can...oh no not that, I think used engine oil. I hate picking the bugs and ususally us DE or potato bug stuff.

my grandmother and great uncles put the bugs in a can with kerosene and we used 7 dust on our potatoes
