Cure is done, slabs rinsed, and hanging to dry

On the smoker

After 5 hrs at 160f and a hickory smoke bath

Sliced up one slab for immediate use. The other 2 went in the freezer whole

Don't knock my bud light dammit. When you drink a gallon a day it's not about the buzz or the flavor.
For the life of me I can't figure out why I was in the hospital last week end with kidney stones.
But I made up for it in bacon consumption. Out of those 3 slabs there's only one left. I like blt's and beer. What can I say
