Dead. About 10 years ago. Sumbytch was digging huge burrows in the alfalfa field. Haven't seen once since until a few months ago.

Ground hogs...the biggest easy money maker...the only animal i use to trap and kill for $1. a head (from dad). i made about 5 dollars every year....shooting black birds with a 22 pellet gun for 10 cents each never made much money....and pulling weeds for 10 cents a row or 35cents/hour was really hard work for small hands...friggen weeds would break...dad needed to see the roots laid out on top.

Saturday I was down at the tractor shed when it started to rain. I was done down there and ready to go home. It turns out an empty feed sack makes a pretty good umbrella.
