Pasture leases in central Texas

I looked for a way to search the boards for this topic but was unable to find one. I apologies if this has recently been discussed.

Does anyone know what the going pasture lease rate is in central Texas?

There's a total of around 600 acres with a creek, multiple water tanks and fields that are good for cutting hay.

Would be anywhere from 7 to 20 per acre. I'm in the Florence/ lampasas /lometa area. I have multiple references.

I built the sports complex there at Franklin. Lots of big registered highbrow outfits in there sloshing with oil money. I would imagine you can pretty much name your price.

Depends on the terms of the lease, improvements, etc but $75-125 per cow/calf pair.

How many can you run yearly on 600 acres there? I'm in the TX Panhandle and rule of thumb is 20-25 per section (640 aces) year round depending on rain of course.
