paralized calf

i raise orphan cross bred calves,on holstein cows,most we buy off of cows going to slaughter.I bought a calf ,(about 3months ago) about 2 wks after i brought him home he started getting stiff on front legs,he now cannot walk at all ,he pulls himself around on his front legs.he still nurses the cow.we have given him vitemins,minerals and antibiotic.he has never been sickjust is parillized.has any one ever seen this?

Sounds like septicemia from naval ill. You will need to do a very aggressive and timely regiment of antibiotics.
