one of my newly born calves losing their hairs

Hi there,
can anybody help. One of my newly born calves (Wagyu) lost all her hairs after a few days. Calf is receiving antobiotics for the last 5 days. What causes this hair loss. many thanks. I am breeding cattle for years and this never happened before.

What is the calf being treated for..Also make sure it is getting vitamins and probios..
