Is there or has anyone heard any talk about the the USDA establishing a program for beef cattlemen like the dairy farmers have under the new Dairy Margin Protection Program that replaced the old MILC program that has payed dairy farmers $1.6 billion since 2009, whereas MPP-Dairy would have paid $2.54 billion.
That sounds like a pretty good raise for dairymen but I'm just interested in competing for the beef market on a level playing field.

I heard some talk a while back about getting free phones but I haven't got one yet and don't know where they are giving them out but I heard they are free but i'm not sure of the data plan.

Cool. I need a phone. Any idea where I can pick up a Rascal? I get tired of walking sometimes and I thought I could multi-task it if I welded a hook on the end and then I could use it to stretch wire with it. Any idea on what kind of torque a Rascal has?
