76 Bar - I am in total agreement. We see eye to eye on those points. People do not understand that when you chase a certain trait, many others come with the package - that may or may NOT be desirable. Like I said, be careful what you wish for.

I started out with commercial cattle, but quickly got into registered (1/2 bloods & up from there - only 48 years ago) but I sell the majority of my bull calves to mainly commercial herds. Does that count???
