leaking semen tank

Has any one ever had one repaired
would it be worth the cost
I have one that looks new yet leaks, Don't know where but excessive nitrogen loss,
I also have a new one on order, but have a granddaughterlooking to get set up with her own equiptment, and i was wondering if mine could be repaired and if so I would give it to her.

Just an opinion but I think it would probably cost as much as a new one. And how much would you really trust it after it was fixed?

plus if you could fix it.it would probly start leaking again.your smart in buying a new semen jugg.

I too would throw the old tank. New tanks are not that expensive in comparison to the value of what's typically inside.

You could sell the leaking tank to someone who does freeze branding. My ABS rep sold one the other day to a guy who brands a lot of horses. They fill it up a day or two in advance and use it for branding... Just make sure they know it leaks...
