June Bug's

Yep, except those great big huge grubs ya find in rotting and damp wood. Those are some other scarab larvae--maybe the green june bug--I forget now, but I've seen them in my rotted down burn piles nearly 4" long and bigger than my thumb.

GB my grandma always called those we dug out of rotting wood "Sawyers" . I have no idea where the name came from but that's all we ever called them.

If you sit quitely next to the log it sound's like someone sawing when they are eating.
