I'm not in U.S. but I empathise as I buy my hay, and it keeps on raining. BUT, maybe you should be calling your congressman about something else. Isn't the insanity in using feed crops for fuel? Seems to me the crisis that would have conservation land used for hay, has been created by shortsighted policies. Growing food and burning it for fuel seems like madness to me.

Huh, I guess I would never thought that would happen .I would not thinkl 1 judge could dictate policy to the USDA (thought they were nutty enough on their own), but it looks like he has . Just one more reason not to vote for "change" this fall, we have too many liberal judges now .
