At Cattle Board Monday night. Had a guest who is farm manager on a good size operation. They have 60 longhorns. They earn as much off the mounted heads as they do the rest of the animal. I didn't know this but the biggest longhorn operation in the US is in Ohio according to our guest. The guest also runs a hundred black angus.

Really don't see the "sport" in shooting a cow... but on the bright side, it will taste better then probably anything else you're gonna shoot with a bow!

wouldn't do nothing for me, but I'm not into shooting deer with ear tags in a high fence or guided hunts. just not my thing
