Is horse paste dewormer safe for show cattle?????

I have a question? Is horse paste dewormer safe to use in show cattle. I read the box and it said nothing about not useing it in cattle. I know not to use it in cattle to be Slaughtered. Last month I dewormed with Safe Guard but are all the other horse paste dewormer safe. I've been told there all about the same in someway. I just feel this is the less stressful way of deworming. Thanks. a lot.

Why not use a pour-on? Those are a not very stressful. I've never wormed with the paste because we have used the injectable and pour-ons that were specified for use on cattle. I don't know, it's just my $.02.

I prefer the injectable on show cattle with hair. take a chance of burning hair off with the pour on.

Safeguard makes a wormer for horses and cattle its a paste and it WORKS. You can get it at your local tractor supply and it's like 20 bucks for a tube that can worm 6 1000ibs animals.
