And CB I do agree with your opinion of FEMA. The Southern Mens Baptist Association fed many more people after IKE than FEMA even knew lived there.
Makes me think about what happened in '69 down in Nelson county, when 32 inches of rain fell in that one area and all the mudslides and such. (No I was not there at that time, but had some friends who helped search for missing, and bodies and helped with food and clothes).
