The actual number listed for each epd tells you the percentile rank of that animal for that trait when compared the other 500,000 plus animals that have been tested. If the animal has a 1 for a trait it is in the top 1% of all the animals in the genomics database. if it is a 15, they are in the top 15% for that specific trait. By the looks of that test, you have a light birth weigh calving ease prospect.
