How do I post a picture?

someone told me you had to use a website like photobucket.com if it's your own image. If it's off the internet, right click on the pic, go to properties, left click on properties, and then copy the address (URL). After that, place the url in between two insert markings. It's right up above (Img*).[/img]

I don't know if http://www.photopoint.com is still around, but that's what alot of people I knew used.
